We realize unexpected changes can happen in your travel plans. At Shri Damodar Dham we try to cater you best possible facilities which is fair on the part of the guest and the hotel itself.

📅 Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are free of charge if notified more than 7 days in advance of the day of arrival:

➤ Refund of the total booking amount.

3.2.) Free Cancellation till check-in

➤ 50% refund of the Booking Amount.

Cancellations within 3 days of the check in date OR No Shows:

➤ No refund will be issued.

🕒 Early Check-out:

There are no refunds for early check-out after check-in.

🔄 Modification Policy:

Date modifications are not retroactive and are based on availability at the prevailing room rates. Any amendments should be made in no less than 72 hours before the initial check-in date.

💵 Refund Process:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
• Bank charges or service fees (if any) are non-refundable.
