Kindly read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a room at Damodar Hotel. If you have booked or if you are staying at the hotel, you can found here the rules.

BOOKINGS & CHECK-IN

All guests are required to carry a valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License) at the time of check-in for mandatory police registration.

Check in: 1:00 PM | Check out: 11:00 AM.

Early and late departures may be available upon request and will be charged accordingly.

A prepayment deposit is required to secure your reservation and in some cases a deposit may be required in addition to prepayment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You will receive a full refund if you cancel prior to 48 hours of check in.

Cancellations within 48 hours of departure or ‘no shows' will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

If such damage is done, the cost of repairs will be charged to the credit card of the guest.

No smoking is allowed in a non-smoking room. There will also be a penalty for violations.

The hotel is not held responsible for any loss or theft of personal items. In-room safes should be utilized when accessible.

VISITOR POLICY

Visiting hours apply and visitors are required to be registered at reception.

Absolutely no overnight visitors other than registered guests.

PAYMENT TERMS

We take cash, UPI and all major credit/debit cards.

All quotes are in local exchange time.

BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT

Visitors should behave well and not disturb other people.

Misbehaviour will result in non-check-in/non-refund or evicting of guest.

FORCE MAJEURE

Damodar Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

MODIFICATIONS

The hotel may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
